We have a road!!!!!!!!

 Dave and I were very excited to go past our block over Easter and see that we now have a road, and street lights! We can see an end in sight and can't wait to start building even though it will still be a few months!!

March Update

The land is starting to take shape and we are hopeful it will be finished by June! Will take some more photos and post them soon!

Contracts are signed, now once the land has settled it will be all go! 

Land Progress

21st Feb - We finally have progress with the land. Pipes have been laid and curbs are starting to go in! Yay!!!

Just the beginning!

To anyone interested, we are building a Riverton 30 with Carlisle at Skye!

So far we have put our deposit on our land and are waiting for it to be completed. It was supposed to be titled in March but now they are saying June!!!!

In the mean time we have had our colour selection and tender app with Carlisle. The colour selection process was GREAT and we found our CC to be very helpful! We have upgraded a lot of things but still came within our budget! Yay!!!

We sign contracts in a month and then just have to wait! So excited, cant wait for it to all start!
